Frequently asked questions

Do you offer a warranty on repairs?

Yes. Our work is backed by a labor warranty, and parts we install carry the manufacturer's parts warranty. The exact terms are written on your estimate before any work begins — no surprises afterward.

My car can't be driven — do you help with towing?

Call us at 201-935-5100 and we'll help you arrange towing to the shop at 370 Paterson Ave and start diagnostics as soon as the car arrives. If the car is drivable but unsafe, tell us the symptoms first — we'll advise whether to risk the drive.

Do you work with insurance claims?

Yes. We prepare the detailed written estimates and photo documentation your insurer needs, and Tony handles collision estimates every day. Bring your claim number and we'll walk you through the process.

Do you provide service in Spanish?

Sí — you can get service in English or Spanish, and this entire website is available in Spanish as well.
